Refund Policy
Purchased tickets cannot be refunded according to Danish law (Section 17 (2), cf. Section 9 (2) (2a)). You are therefore responsible for handling your ticket if you are unable to attend after it has been purchased.
Cancellation Policy
If you choose to cancel
For more than {selectedRefundTime} for the experience, you can rebook by contacting us directly. However, some experiences have special rules for rebooking, e.g. for overnight stays and for experiences that require long preparation, and there may therefore be some exceptions. This will be stated under Rules and Safety on the experience's product page.
For less than {selectedRefundTime} for the experience, the experience cannot be rebooked. Be aware that the experiences often involve preparations that involve expenses that must be covered, and therefore you will not be able to get the money back for the experience.
On the day: If something unpredictable has occurred immediately before or on the day of the experience (e.g. illness), please contact the experience manager so they know that you are not attending anyway. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Alternatively, as a rule, you are welcome to give your ticket to another side.
EUROPA Kaffe & Te reserves the right to cancel or rebook a course if there are not enough registered participants. In such cases, we will contact the registered participants as soon as possible to find an alternative solution. We will contact you using the contact details provided during the purchase.
Rebooking Policy
If you wish to change your registration to a different course date, this can be done up to no later than 7 days before the course is held. After that, it is not possible to rebook to another date.
